Umenie v dotyku: keď interiér dýcha módou
V priestore, kde sa svetlo dotýka textúr ako štetec plátna, vzniká harmónia medzi umením, štýlom a dušou. Tento interiér nie je len miestom – je zážitkom. Je to moment, v ktorom sa dizajn mení na pocit a elegancia na stav mysle.

General Provisions
Art. I – Introductory Provisions
These provisions govern the basic rules for the use of the portal as well as the conditions for establishing contractual relationships between the operator of the portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") and the visitors or customers of the portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor").
Every Visitor of the portal is welcome, regardless of whether the portal is used for reading articles, seeking inspiration, or ordering services and products provided by the Operator.
Art. II – Orders and Contacting the Visitor
In the event that a Visitor expresses an interest in the services or products of the Operator, they shall be contacted by the Operator upon their request.
Should an agreement be reached between the Operator and the Visitor, the Operator shall provide the Visitor with contractual documentation depending on the nature of the order, namely:
a) an intermediation agreement, or
b) a purchase agreement.
Art. III – Contractual Documentation
The contractual documentation provided to the Visitor shall always include:
a) the General Terms and Conditions,
b) the Complaints Policy,
c) any relevant annexes,
d) all other legally relevant documents and information necessary for the proper conclusion and performance of the contractual relationship.
The Visitor is obliged to review all documents provided before entering into a contract.
Art. IV – Final Provisions
These provisions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the portal.
The Operator reserves the right to amend or supplement these provisions at any time unilaterally, with the current wording always being available on the portal.
